Unresponsive Buyer Situation

Hello, guys.

I need your advice with my issue, because I honestly don’t know what to do.

Five days ago, I got an order with the following requirements ‘’…’’ no document, no other information. Since then, the buyer kept ordering the gig up to 10 times. Yes, same gig, few orders/day.

After sending two messages with no reply, asking for the document in the first 3 days, I asked for a cancellation and then, buyer denied it and said ‘‘just wait’’. This was two days ago.

What should I do? Even if the buyer submits the document or the information, I am not sure I still have time to complete the order since there are so many days lost.

Some advice would be really helpful.

You should contact customer support because i think someone maybe wants to ruin your ratings and sales.

I just did, because the same buyer ordered again, and here I am in the same situation.

Well someone would might be jealous from you and he just gave someone the mission or that someone is using some other ID to ruin your Very good ratings. So Make sure this someone is blocked 😉
