Not getting my credits?

Hi a few days ago I received an email saying:

Spend a total of $20, get $5 Free
Spend a total of $30, get $10 Free
Spend a total of $50 or more, get $20 Free
From Apr 25-27
Now I have spend more then $ 50 between 25 and 27 april and not received any email or credits on my fiverr account?
What kind of advertisement trick is this?
Hope to get the $20 credits on my account as soon as possible!!
