I never had my cancelled order reimbursed

I ordered a job in the middle of March and I made the payment of $78.75 dated Mar 21 on my paypal account. The problem is that the artist that was supposed to do the job got his account as a seller with Fiverr closed. Summing up: I paid for a job that was never done, I had no control or knowledge why and my funds were never reinbursed to me.
