Can we get some help?It just pops up in another browser with the fiver logo across the top.That sounds like Fiverr’s watermark feature: you can see the logo, but you can’t download it until you accept the order, mark it as complete, and rate it. Can we get some help?Well you are basically getting a preview of the final product. Once you accept it then you will get the one that doesn’t have a watermark.
