New Style of Conversations

I would like to thank Fiverr for the new Conversations style.

But, it still needs lot of works.
The new style is good but its very difficult to get hold of it.
The padding is too much.

Community What are your thoughts?

Lets give some input, to make a better working environment.

By padding, I mean the extra whitespace around the text.

I feel it should be more compact then what it is now.
