What can I do if buyer refund after work delivery

I’m work on wordpress. I’m new on fiverr. I sold out my one gig that I sent buyer wordpress theme. When he its received he force me to refund him. As I new so I already refund him. So l, what’s can I do if its happen next time?

Maybe your buyer demanded a refund because he was not really happy with your work. You can decline the refund which most likely will lead to a negative review. If however you believe the buyer is just trying to get free work out of you, you can always contact customer support for assistance. Did they buyer tell you why he wanted a refund?
