Terms and Conditions: How do you do it?

How is it possible that sellers sells Custom Terms and Conditions for only 5 usd? I mean to do a Custom work you need time and tons of information. Is it only worth 5usd?or do you use Software that do it in minutes?

It depends with the seller’s choice and preference about how much he or she is willing to sell

Not all sellers are using software generated content. Some sellers sell at a cheaper price and they indeed deliver original, high quality and genuine work

If you have bought and you have got the work in just few minutes after the order is placed, i think that is a software generated work

Usually the sellers simply copy some pre-made terms and conditions. Often there is no reason to manually write brand new ones for each site.
