If your account has been disabled can it be regained and if not can you still contact your buyers? I mean violations were made sometimes you don’t even know there’s a violation however seems as though fiverr is making you suffer tremendously for a mistake that was made. Making us look like we are criminals.

No it cannot be regained and no you cannot contact your buyers— that is the whole point. Disabled means that account is gone forever. You cannot use it any more, for anything, ever.

Whatever you did was not a mistake, it was a serious violation of the rules.
