******** sent a message that won't open

I got a message from ******** on FIverr, it’s showing in my inbox but it won’t open. Moreover when I click on it, it shows that “For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly.” How do I contact this buyer? I am new here and this is the first message I received. How do I contact said buyer?

Usually if a message won’t open it means it was spam and/or the user has been removed. I’ve searched for the username and they don’t appear to be an active Fiverr user.
