Oh no! We are having a problem processing this order

I am having the exact same issue. Completed one order just fine, but two others would not complete. I received an email with a receipt for payment, but the order didn’t go through.

edit: Have pending support tickets for both of them

Just look at the order page in notifications. There are requirements to fill in which your seller need in order to do your work.

i contacted with the seller

he didnt say anything about requirements

he said

But I’d guess it’s 1) Your browser or platform. Try desktop if using mobile, and vice versa. Or if you’re using desktop, then trying a different browser. 2) P ayment method. If possible, try a different option! Try also clearing your browser cookies.

If it’s still saying the error, your only solution might be to send a ticket to customer support here: http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us?utm_source=fiverr&utm_medium=website

They are very friendly and answer quite fast always!

and i tried again my card has been charged again but still order is incomplete

I’m having the same issue tried four different card even changed the provide i-e tried both visa and master cards.
Getting same issue from all cards and on two different browsers, support team is helpless after 7 days of troubleshooting they suggested sorry it’s your bank issue, “lolz 4 different banks have issues with fiverr”
