Fiverr didn't let my Friend withdraw after 45 days

Hello FIVERRers,

As we all know that Fiverr let you withdraw your money after 45 days if it closes your account but it didn’t let my friend does that.

Anyone here got the same experience ?

Accounts that are disabled always have a friend coming to ask how to get the money.
