Cancellation Count Down Going Backwards

Greetings,

After 9 days since my gig was supposed to be complete I finally grew tired of waiting on my seller. I’ve sent him message after message and he keeps completing everyone else and not working on mine.

I cancelled the gig and it said that the seller had 7 hours to respond. I checked back again and then it says 8… now it says 10.

Bug? or is this an expected issue … I should have 4 hours left and not 10
