Customer Closed order but not complete

How do I get files to a buyer if they closed the offer? He added revisions but then marked it closed. He definitely wants the revisions. I have what he needs for revisions but am not sure how to get it to him? Is there a way to send him a message like they send to us or no? Please advise - I am new and searched the site but couldn’t find out how to do this. Thank you.

He might have asked for a revision without clicking the modification button. The system marks the order as complete after 3 days. You can attach your work in a regular message. If it is too big to attach you can use Wetransfer. Just send him the Wetransfer link in a message and he will be able to download the content. Dropbox is another option for large files.
