Contact Details vs Work Access

Hi,

I’m a web developer and most of the work i need some access from my buyer, like ftp/cpanel/wp-admin etc and that way also have a email address. But some time buyer send me message to include that access, i also get notification on fiverr but can not see any message on conversation or order pages. So this is very bad for working or understand my buyer about this matter.

I know that fiverr team check all message manually. But our IT & Programming and other many job needed some access or contact details for working. So i thinks that this problem also take carefully the fiverr team. And send a notification to buyer that his/her message was not send so he/she understand that matter.
