How to request a refund

Anyone know how to do this? I have ahd a very substandard experience with a seller and she refuses to answer my communications.

In the order page there is a tab titled “Resolution Center”, click on that and there is an option to cancel. If you have problems doing this, you may contact --> Customer Support
