Is it allowed to share phone number to buyer?
as I see so many people offering service chat on s***e or phone on their gigs.
I read sharing our information is violated Fiverr’s TOS.
I’m so lost here. enlighten me

If it is really needed for your gig, using s***e for chatting purposes to discuss the order may be done but this has to be discussed with Customer Support beforehand so as not to result to any further problems such as banning and the like.
