How do I change my pricing template from the old type to the new type?

Hi everyone,I have been seeing the new gig pricing template for a long time now. And I love it. The tabulated template is just neat and easy for buyers to understand.

However, I really do not know if Fiverr deliberately activate this template for some selected sellers …

If not, anybody with an idea how to change from the old pricing of (I will ….) to the tabulated format ?
