Is negative Feedback Also removed after order Cancellation?

I want to ask a question.
Is negative Feedback Also removed after order Cancellation?
Means a buyer gives a negative feedback, and then they also cancel the order after mutual agreement. Then the feedback will still remain, or will it be also removed.?

Same thing happens to me.they got their refund and feedback remain there…once cancel the order, all should remove,even customer support also take buyers side.not for sellers…
