Dificulty Making a purchase

Greetings Family, I have been trying to buy some gigs for the past few days with paypal but my payment can’t be processed any Ideas what the problem might be

I have more than enough funds in my account so can’t be funds, I have tried with several other accounts but I keep getting the same message that my order can’t be processed at the moment.

Any idea what the problem might be?
