What is needed to became top rated seller?

we are just keen to know so just only suggest.
i have 98% positive review and 150 total review,1 negative and 39 not responded.so please suggest me.

does mutually cancelation job counts on us or does it effects our ratings?

You can read about it on the Levels page. TRS is not automatic like level 1 and 2, you have to be picked by staff. This is a really great way to learn more:

Real mutual cancellations (accepted by the buyer) don’t impact your account overall. If you had an incredibly large number of them (like cancelling 3 out of 4 jobs all the time) it might not look good to staff for a prospective TRS, but that seems unlikely.
