Negative Feedback - auto post

I’m new to Fiverr and I just cancelled an order for being late.
However, I did not want to leave negative feedback.

I see that negative feedback was posted automatically and I have no way to access or edit those comments.

How do I go about requesting Customer Service to remove on my behalf?
