Why do videos sometimes get denied?

I don’t understand why my video keeps getting denied. All it is, is a quick time-lapse of me creating a program and then explaining it afterwards. It’s about 4 and a half minutes long, it’s 19.4 MB, and the song I used has no copyright. There’s no profanity or anything offensive!

I don’t understand this at all. Please explain?

There is a whole list of requirements in the help menu. I don’t know what else your’s might have wrong, but it definitely goes over the 60 second max. http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/201500946-Adding-a-Video-to-Your-Gig
