I found many seller who completed Hundred & Thousand of jobs without any negative ratings. How is it possible? Definitely their service quality is top notch. But is this the only thing? I think no. I found many seller who remove there negative ratings from there gigs.But how? you should follow some tips from below.Immediately contact buyer after getting bad review and request to reconsider his/her review and ratings and try to please buyer to resolve all issues.Offer him some extra services/bonus.If all of this these tricks are not working then offer him a refund. If he agree then ask him to send a removal request of the negative rating to fiverr support or do it yourself. I didn’t even know you could ask the seller to change the review… But I very rarely get them, and I feel it hasn’t negatively impacted my profile. The thing is… 99% give me 5 stars, but there is always going to be that 1% of people that are never happy, no matter what you do. A black dot on white paper won’t change into black paper. At the end you know what you’re worth to. 2 weeks ago i got negativish review and I’ve tried to ask the seller to give me another day to enhance the quality of my work, But he got lost when I sent him the sample. After weeks I’ve got message from him saying I like it and send the ready file, but I told him I am very busy right now and it would take another 2 weeks if he wants to get the job done again for free.If we all continue doing so, some dishonest people will learn that there is a loophole with the system that you can give bad review and get more job done and it is a threat for sellers. I reckon you should do your best before delivering the order if you cannot do or think that the buyer seems a headache just go ahead and cancel. Sometimes there are people who buy your gig then dont discuss details with you. So I will try to contact them till the time of delivery if they don’t respond by then, I simply cancel, it is better than being caught in bad review and spend my entire days fixing things. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
