Dashboard and Response Rate

Hello friends!

We have two problems in one here:

  1. My dashboard don’t erase the offers sent to me (they are there since I received and there is no option to make them go away);
  2. Response rate: I always respond in less than 3 hours by phone, ipad or computer but it seems that some of my access to answer clients questions are not being computed, leaving me with a terrible response rate.
