Suggestion to add some extra features in 'Rating' to help buyers

There are very few options available in Rating section, that too in favour of seller only.
There is No provision to say anyting about, delay or incomplete job, irresponsive sellers, etc.

If the job is complete but not great, you can leave a review and write that the seller was late, incompetent, etc. You have tons of power as a buyer in reviewing. If the job is not complete, you should ask for a refund. Don’t pay for something incomplete! You don’t leave reviews when you get a refund though, you have to choose to be fair.
