Revision Requests Not Being Sent

I currently have an open order (#FO346250C664) and as part of the deal, I get one revision on my ordered logo. When accessing the order from the website, I go to click on “Request Revision” button, type and attach files, but when I click to send…nothing happens. My message disappears, but it does not get posted to the conversation, and the seller never sees it.

When I communicate over the iOS app, the conversations DO get passed through, (so that’s good) BUT, when I look on my app, there are messages missing from our conversation, whereas when I look at the exact same conversation in desktop browser, all the messages are there. I would upload a file to this post, but that doesn’t seem to be working either 😕

Using Safari 9.1 on OS X El Capitan 10.11.4
