Has Fiverr removed the facility of attaching files applying at buyer requests?

Until yesterday I was able to attach a file while I was applying to buyer requests but since today I can,t. I am a voice over artist. Hence it is very important to give a sample to buyers. Please help me with this guys.

Were you looking for a job to be done while you were looking at buyer requests or were you advertising your work there?

AFAIK that was never an option unless you had been first contacted by the buyer. And even then it was done through the Messaging system.
