A worst scenario

Hello Everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well.
Let me give a bit of my background, I am one who just turned 18 but have been affording all my expenses from food to studies on my own since my 16 & most of its credits goes to fiverr. I offer gigs website fixing & server management.

At the moment I am facing a scenario in which I am working with a client to help him with his mail server & due to the nature of this task, I often have to share some logs, configurations, recipients, sender emails etc with him & each time it warns me with “You may not communicate with users directly or provide your email, s***e, or phone number.” which I already know.

So I just want to make sure that it doesn’t affect me & my reputation. And if it is doing then I would suggest Fiverr’s team to make some changes for exceptional cases like this.

make sure to reach out to customer support and ask them for permission for this specific gig. If you get permission to be able to exchange the needed information you have nothing to fear. Best of luck!
