How can i change my PayPal email for WITHDRAW?

Good evening!

When I changed mine, I had to do two things:

1. Add an additional email on PayPal, and have it be your default/first choice
2. Change your email on your Fiverr personal profile

It may take a little bit for both companies to switch over (I think mine took a little under 48 hours if I remember correctly), but once it’s done, it’s one less hassle for you 🙂

I asked how to change my paypal just yesterday and support responded with this:

"Hi there,

In order to change the PayPal email associated to this account you must first verify ownership of the account, please forward the following.

Note: You can either authenticate with information from your Paypal account or your Fiverr Revenue Card, all of the requested materials must be produced from either selection.

Please provide your security question (question only, not the answer).

Account authentication through Paypal:

A scanned copy of your passport or another government-issued ID - the name must be the same as it appears on your PayPal account that was used for the Fiverr transaction. Attach the scanned copy when you reply to this message.

A Fiverr-related PayPal transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST PayPal account used on the Fiverr account in question (please do not send a screenshot)

Please provide us with the FIRST PayPal email address that was used on this Fiverr account.

Account Authentication through your Fiverr Revenue Card:

A scanned copy of your passport or another government-issued ID - the name must be the same as it appears on your Payoneer account that was used for the Fiverr account. Attach the scanned copy when you reply to this message.

Your Funding Source ID associated to your Fiverr Revenue Card which you can find in Account Activity > Funding Sources once logged in to your Payoneer account (please do not send a screenshot).

I don’t really understand why I need to scan my passport. Do you need to scan your passport to change your password on paypal? No. On ebay? No. On udemy? No. Why would we need to do it for fiverr? It seems incredibly ridiculous to me. I don’t have access to a scanner so I’m supposed to drive somewhere and pay to scan my passport to send them for an account that I literally don’t even have any money in and have been a fiverr user for years with? I’m sorry, but that’s just straight up STUPID.

Best way to make changes or anything with paypal is to call them on phone. I get perfect results from them on PHONE …
