garavogue Posted May 9, 2013 Share Posted May 9, 2013 Just saw on the Customer Service page, they have introduced a new button so you can cancel incomplete orders, the ones where a buyer hasn’t responded to your instructions and it won’t affect your ratings.That’s good although I know some buyers come back weeks later with instructions.
