Having problem in custom offers

1 week ago I became level 2 seller, before getting level 2 I used to get bunch of sales by sending custom offers, but the day by which I got level 2 none of my custom offers is accepted i just get 1 or 2 orders in 2 to 3 days. Is there any problem that my custom offers are not accepted?

I had the same situtation when I was promoted to Level 2 seller. However, there is nothing related to this, sometime it happens.
