Choosing what goes on your portfolio

Hey everyone!

I’m not sure if this has been answered before, but can you choose and edit what shows up on your gig portfolios? Can I select certain things to show up on there or is it just random? I’ve had some clients who didn’t want their example to be shown but I have no idea how to remove examples from my portfolio.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi. You can only remove portfolio items by getting your clients permission. And there is also no way for you to edit it without their approval. Sorry! If you get permission get in touch with customer service and they will help you.
I believe we should have a better control over our portfolios since it is our gig. I have been asking for this for a long time. Lets hope Fiverr will make changes in the near future.

Ah that’s unfortunate! Some of my clients have asked if they could have theirs removed and I had to tell them that I really don’t have any control over it. Hopefully Fiverr will update this. They have been making a lot of updates lately so maybe this is one on the list!

You can contact customer service. If you show them a screenshot of your clients request they will remove it.

I would like to be able to go back in and manually click on something if I want my work in my portfolio or not. I have clients ask after the fact and I am unable to do anything after that.

Yeah, it would be nice to be able to hand pick the items you want displayed. That’s how a normal portfolio would work anyway. Not sure why we are unable to do this, but hopefully in the future fiverr will make that an option.
