marketingmonste
We had 3 cases in a row where copies of our video in mp4 format becomes unreadable once it was on hold by the Draft delivery system. Here’s how we found the error.Produce a video in mp4 format (ours ranged from 5MB to 30MB)Upload as a deliveryBefore sending, hit "Save Draft"Return at a later timeDeliver the draft as finalMultiple customer of ours tells us the file cannot be downloaded. On our end, the “DELIVERED FILES” shows the proper file name and size, but once clicked, it takes the browser to “https://s3.amazonaws.com/fiverr.com/message_attachements/…” (full URL not posted for privacy)and the content window showThis XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<Error>NoSuchKey<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message><Key>message_attachements/XXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXX…mp4</Key><RequestId>XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX</RequestId><HostId>sknuMpGurkjOreagUUDG3fTD3fdQH966TXFs30GiW91G2F220RUrPG5tto8pjJRZcyORwwr2xno=</HostId></Error>Does anyone else encountered this problem before? Level 1 Fiverr staff claims no problem on their end and blames user error and bad file. It’s the same files when we encountered the problem. Please reply so we may build a case to prevent future problems. Thanks!
