How to deliver the commercial license

Hello everybody,

i need you help…very badly 😦
i don’t understand… just few hours ago. i have delivered one design order…buyer also purchased gig extra commercial license with the Gig…but i deliver him .png .jpeg including source file… but now my buyer asking to deliver the commercial license…but i don’t know how can deliver the commercial license to my buyer…
