Response Rate displaying lower than it really is

Hi there. The title is self explanatory if you ask me. I have responded to 100% of my messages (90% of which were back to back after the client contacted me) yet on my profile it still displays a 50% response rate, with an average time of 8 hours.

Now, the first message I had ever sent was 8 hours prior to receiving it, but shouldn’t messaging the other guy back immediately level it out? Isn’t that the point of an average?

Same story here. I never missed any message and all the messages are replied instantly almost but my response rate has been dropped to 95%, don’t know what’s happening…
