tiessam Posted March 11, 2016 Share Posted March 11, 2016 This is the first time I used Fiverr, I ordered a gig and at the last moment when the artist was supposed to deliver, he cancelled the gig, I received a refund as store credit, I don’t want store credit, as I don’t want to use this website any more. lashenvieinc Posted March 11, 2016 Share Posted March 11, 2016 You are very lucky that you got your money back as a credit. My money was just taken and I did not get what I paid for at all. You have to contact Paypal customer service to get your money back. Once you do that you will be blocked from this site but I guess it maybe worth it. Best of Luck.
