An orange bar appears at the top that says … for privacy reasons I am unable to email him direct … i’m not trying to email him; just open the message so i can retrieve the source files. fonthaunt Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 It sounds like the user is no longer on Fiverr. Contact Customer Support with their username. They might be able to help you or refund you.
