Impact of No Rating on Positive Rating and Average Rating of Gig

I have a question: If the order gets marked as completed after 3 days automatically and the buyer is yet to give a rating:

1. Can the buyer still give rating even after the orders gets marked as complete?
2. How does a ‘No rating’ for a particular order affect the overall Positive Rating and the Average rating of a Gig?

Yes, the buyer can still leave a review within 30 days after the automatic mark as completed notification comes up.

It has no effect.
