Has anyone had problems withdrawing funds with PayPal. This is my first time, and I got withdrawal failed.

Also, most the email I used to open the Fiverr account correspond with that of Paypal used for withdrawals?

I haven’t encountered this issue so far with my Paypal withdrawals, you may try talking to both Fiverr Customer Support and Paypal’s as well.
