If it is, then perhaps the buyers did not allow the work to be shown… since when reviewing an order, the buyer can choose to let the work be previewed in your portfolio or not. Once you open that link you’ll see an arrow beside the title of your gig that will open up, you can check if your live portfolio option is turned on.
