matsaikat
So, I had a gig with 40+ reviews. And found today that someone’s been using my gig sample’s (with my watermark on it) as his gig sample. So, I contacted Fiverr customer care about it.And within 6 min. My Gig got denied! And the reason? I was violating TOS.“This Gig was removed following a third party complaint claiming your Gig is infringing upon their intellectual property rights and/or violating their terms of use and/or misleading consumers and has been removed as per our Terms of Service…”And guess what, the other guy is still using my sample with my watermark on it.Here’s the link: [gig has been removed]I asked what i did wrong and customer care replied: Due to our Privacy Policy,we cannot discuss this any further.Really??Can anyone please give me some advice as to what i should do? Cause I’m at my wit’s end.
