chrisdata Posted February 28, 2016 Share Posted February 28, 2016 Some of my buyer having trouble submiting information after clicked the order button, but they did message me and sent me over inbox so I got their information, but Fiverr system still waiting her submitting info.I hope there a button which allow Seller mark the order as valid even though they didn’t submit info after order so we can start the order.Now I actually finished her order but because it’s not yet active, and it’s Weekend, I need to wait on Monday in-order Fiverr CS able to help me mark it active. 😦How you guys dealing with this? I send many messages to the buyer to start the order but often it does no good. They still don’t answer. It is always only a $5 order when this happens so I don’t care.
