Pause timer / put back delivery date if more info is required from buyer

I’m sure I’m not alone when a buyer submits an order and all the information I requested isn’t provided in order for me to complete the work.

We then have to request the information which can take some time leaving sellers vulnerable to delivering orders late.

There should be an option when more information is required to pause the timer / alter the due date.

Thoughts?

Still could really use an option to extend delivery date - no matter what the reason may be. If the buyer agrees to give the seller more time, than there should be a way for the delivery date and timer to be pushed back as well - and not make the order “LATE”.
