Fiverr sent me a message saying that the seller was unable to fulfill the order within 5 days as promised. Fiver then said “If this is not resolved in 24 hours, I will enable the option for you to cancel the order.”I visited the page around 12 hours later to see if the seller had finished, but he still hadn’t finished. The countdown said around 12 hours.Eventually it got down to one minute, I refreshed the page, and now the countdown is counting up! it said If this is not resolved in 2 minutes, I will enable the option for you to cancel the order.Then If this is not resolved in 3 minutes, I will enable the option for you to cancel the order.Now it’s up to 30 minutes again. adsensewizard Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 I would recommend to contact the seller and ask them to refund the order if they can’t deliver.
