Hi All,

About a year ago I hired someone to create me a logo and after a couple of iteration we were happy with the result.

Today I discovered a main portion of my logo is simply copy and pasted from a copyrighted image. Obviously I am furious that this has happened and luckily haven’t been sued in the year we have been running.

What are my options here? Obviously a new logo will be created by an actual professional, but do I have any grounds for a refund?

Has this happened to anyone else?

It is probably too late for refund although you can ask Customer Support. Fiverr sellers are independent contractors so you have to do your research when buying bargain offers.
