Fiverr Android Apps Problem

I am suffering some problem on fiverr android apps. Sometimes, i don’t get any notification when someone send me messages or update on order. This is happened when fiverr updated their apps. So, I think, Fiverr should do something, so without updating the apps, we can get the notification. What do you think?

Also, Sometimes, Automatically, I logged out from fiverr apps. After that i tried to login . Then i got a error message. It’s says that “Some went wrong. Please contact with customer support”. Fiverr should improve on this.
