It is partial to deprive certain users of the referral program

I joined fiverr and very interested in the referral program but they said I cannot use it and they cannot say I will ever use it.
This is unfair to me. Why should they deprive certain users of this opportunity.

I suggest fiverr make this opportunity for everybody as promised.

If they don’t then is better they remove it for every body.
