Please change the no-refund balance policy

What sort of horrible, unuserfriendly policy is it to not allow fiverr balance to count toward more expensive gigs. I cannot believe the stupidity of this.

Just for the fun of it, let’s assume you purchase a gig, the designer gets sick and kindly ask you to cancel the order as he won’t be able to complete it in a reasonable amount of time and BOOM your money is stuck with fiverr for reasons that are beyond your control…
Seriously, I’ll say it again. How stupid of a policy choice is that. Wauw… I’m lost for words…
