Buyer ordered a gig and totaled $0!

Hi,

Recently I received no orders in a week. It’s so weird thinking that i earn almost $2k per month and suddenly drops into nothing this month. So when a buyer ordered my gig, I was so excited but found out that it is totaled $0. Do you think it’s a bug that affects my sales?
