Don't understand gig requirements?

In addition to the excellent explanation offered by @jonbass, allow me to give you an example. For one of my gigs, I ask the buyer to answer the following questions so I have more information and a better understanding of the state of their customer service, which is what I evaluate.

Our discussion will be more fruitful if you answer the following questions, please. Thank you!

What’s the most common complaint that you receive?
What is your usual resolution to that complaint?
Why do you think this is a recurring complaint?"
